What You'll Do
What You'll Do
- Set up and tear down machines and workstations at the start and end of each shift
- Inspect materials and finished components for defects, contamination, and labeling compliance
- Move raw materials, stage components, and keep production lines supplied and moving
- Enter data into production systems — work orders, inventory, status updates
- Keep your work area clean and compliant with cleanroom and PPE standards
- Support shipping, receiving, and inventory counts as needed
- Help bring new team members up to speed on tasks and safety practices
- At least 1 year of hands-on experience in a manufacturing or production environment
- Comfortable following detailed work instructions and checklists without cutting corners
- Attention to detail — you catch things others miss
- Able to work in a cleanroom environment with full PPE (safety shoes, glasses, gloves, frock, facemask)
- HS diploma or GED
- Experience with visual inspection, especially glass or optical components
