LADC
We are seeking a Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LADC) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be able to provide the following services in Inpatient - individual and group counseling, develop and implement person-centered treatment plans, and support clients in achieving and maintaining sobriety.
$3,000 (ADC-T) and $5,000 (LADC) sign on bonus to be paid out quarterly over the year

Key Responsibilities
· Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
· Provide individual and group counseling sessions
· Facilitate educational and therapeutic groups
· Coordinate care with medical and mental health professionals
· Document client progress and treatment outcomes in compliance with state and federal regulations
· Provide crisis intervention (as needed)
· Participate in team meetings and consultations
· Maintain confidentiality and ethical standards
Qualifications
· Licensed or able to be licensed as an LADC in the state of Minnesota
· Ability to pass a background check
· Minimum of two years sobriety if the individual is in recovery
· No current problematic substance use
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills
· Ability to work independently and collaborate with peers in a team environment
· Commitment to ongoing professional development
Salary : $60,000 - $80,000
