Maintenance Supervisor

We’re looking for a skilled, dependable Service Technician to join the maintenance team at our Seattle-area community and help us deliver on that promise every single day.

The Role

This isn’t your average maintenance job. As a hands-on member of our on-site team, you’ll handle everything from routine repairs to emergency situations, with the full support of a collaborative, respectful team behind you.

You’ll be the person residents count on. The one who shows up, gets it done, and leaves things better than they were found.

What You’ll Do

General Maintenance & Repairs

• Perform routine and emergency maintenance across plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry
• Respond promptly to resident service requests, efficiently, professionally, and with a smile
• Help maintain common areas and building systems to ensure safety and functionality

Preventive Maintenance

• Carry out scheduled preventive maintenance to protect equipment and avoid costly repairs
• Conduct routine property inspections and flag potential issues to the Maintenance Supervisor

Safety & Compliance

• Follow all safety procedures and building regulations, no shortcuts, ever
• Identify and report hazards immediately to keep residents and teammates safe
• Maintain accurate records of completed work orders and maintenance activities

Team Collaboration

• Work closely with the Maintenance Supervisor to prioritize daily tasks and repairs
• Assist with coordinating external vendors for specialized repairs as needed

Emergency Response

• Serve on-call rotation for urgent maintenance issues, including leaks, outages, and system failures
• Respond calmly, quickly, and effectively when it matters most

Tools, Inventory & Equipment

• Use and care for tools and equipment responsibly
• Track inventory and flag supply needs before they become problems

What You’ll Bring

• 2 years of experience in residential or commercial property maintenance (preferred)
• High school diploma or GED required; trade certifications in HVAC, plumbing, or electrical are a plus
• Strong problem-solving instincts and the ability to diagnose issues quickly
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a collaborative team
• Working knowledge of building systems and repair techniques across multiple trades
• Excellent communication and resident-facing customer service skills
• Valid driver’s license required
