Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Maintenance Supervisor based in Tacoma, WA. The Maintenance Supervisor will oversee the maintenance team, ensure all tasks are completed with efficiency, monitor equipment functionality, and manage schedules for preventative maintenance. Other responsibilities include troubleshooting and repairing mechanical and electrical issues, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and identifying opportunities to improve maintenance processes. Qualifications
- Strong Supervisory Skills and ability to lead maintenance teams effectively
- Expertise in Equipment Maintenance and Preventive Maintenance
