Location: Orlando, FL - Supporting all Elev8 Fun Locations across Florida

Salary: $40k - $45k/yr. 

Job Summary: Reporting to the Marketing Director, the Social Media Coordinator at Elev8 Fun will will help lead content development and drive engagement across all of our digital channels. The Social Media Coordinator will play a key role in communicating our brand, increasing visibility, and connecting with our community through captivating photos, videos, and written content. This is a full-time position, working 40 hours per week. While the schedule is flexible, work must be completed during business hours, special events, weekends, holidays, mornings, nights, and as business demands

What You’ll Do:

• Post tand manage content and interactions for ALL Elev8 Fun’s Social media channels
• Capture high-quality photos and videos of our business (across all Elev8 Fun Locations)
• Edit content for use on social media, including (short-form, platform-optimized media, and event promotion)
• Writes captions, descriptions, and short-form marketing copy to accompany posts
• Collaborates with the marketing team to align content with marketing campaigns
• Assists with customer testimonial videos or behind-the-scenes content 
• Stays up-to-date with social trends, viral content, and emerging features across platforms
• Maintain a consistent visual identity and tone across all digital platforms
• Manage a content calendar and ensure timely posting across channels
• Collaborate with marketing, events, and sales teams to align social strategy with business objectives
• Performs other duties as assigned

What You’ll Need:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2 years of experience in social media, content creation, or digital marketing
• Proven experience in content creation, photography, and/or video production
• Proven experience in social media, platform best practices, trends, and analytics
• Strong photo and video editing skills (Adobe Creative Suite)
• Basic understanding of lighting, composition, photography, and videography
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work on a team
• Experience in graphic design and motion graphics is a plus
• Must have access to personal equipment capable of content creation (e.g., smartphone with high-quality camera or DSLR/mirrorless camera)
• Portfolio or body of work is required to be considered

Physical Demands:

• Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 15 pounds
• Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer
• Able to travel as needed
