Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Project Superintendent at Elev8 Builders LLC in Tampa, St. Peterburg & Clearwater FL. The Project Superintendent will oversee day-to-day construction activities, ensure quality control and construction safety standards are met, manage project budgets, and supervise on-site personnel.
Qualifications
- Supervisory Skills and Commercial Construction knowledge
- Experience in Quality Control and Construction Safety
- Budgeting expertise
- Experience with CMU, Concrete, Steel & Wood framing required.
- Ability to manage & understand high end millwork and quality finish experience required.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field is a plus
