Duties
- Design and implement comprehensive hip hop dance curricula tailored to various skill levels and age groups
- Lead lively, energetic dance classes that motivate students to express themselves through movement
- Manage classroom behavior effectively, ensuring a safe, inclusive, and respectful environment for all participants
- Provide individual guidance and feedback to help students improve their technique and performance
- Incorporate elements of theater, choreography, and musicality into lessons to enhance learning experiences
- Collaborate with other instructors on special projects such as dance showcases or community events
- Maintain organized lesson plans, attendance records, and progress reports for each class
