What are the responsibilities and job description for the Grant Therapist position at Eleos Family Services?
Job Title: Partially Licensed Therapist
We are seeking highly motivated and qualified therapists to provide weekly in-person therapeutic counseling to youth aged 5-21 and their families in their home or community.
The successful candidate will deliver customized intensive counseling to ensure the necessary care and attention for youth to overcome their challenges, while successfully executing prescribed intervention strategies and documenting outcomes to facilitate continuous service improvement.
The goal is to stabilize the youth at home and strengthen the family constellation.
Responsibilities:
- Provide In-Home/Community counseling (IIC) to children and adolescents with emotional and/or behavioral needs.
- Collaborate weekly with case managers on family/youth progress.
- Cooperate with Eleos Family Services and Department of Human Services staff in inspections, inquiries, or investigations.
Requirements:
- Meet with the youth and their family in their home and/or community on a weekly basis.
- Must have 1 year of experience working with children/adolescents.
- Prior Intensive In-Community (IIC) experience is beneficial.
- Achieve clinical supervision hours for qualified candidates.
