Elemetal, one of the largest precious metal dealers in the United States, is seeking a bilingual Sales Associate who is energetic and passionate about building business relationships. This entry-level role is ideal for someone eager to develop their sales career in a fast-paced environment. The Sales Associate will report to our Director of Sales and collaborate closely with Marketing, Customer Service, and Compliance teams to drive new account acquisition and ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new customers.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Demonstrated ability to project company strengths and cultivate business leads
- Experience with Salesforce CRM preferred
- Comfortable assisting potential customers with onboarding documentation
- Enjoy talking to people (via phone / text / email) and proactively solving issues
- Willingness to learn technical details of our trade and support new customers
- Bilingual (English & Spanish)
- Ability to work in person, 5-days a week, in Dallas, TX
Responsibilities
- Project Elemetal’s strengths and pursue business leads from both organic and PPC channels
- Cultivate and follow up on new business opportunities via phone / text / email
- Assist potential customers with and collect new customer onboarding documents
- Use Salesforce CRM to manage leads, track progress, and support customer acquisition
- Work directly with Management to support sales initiatives and business growth
- Help with Customer Service tasks for newly onboarded customers
- Performs other related duties as assigned
