Master Esthetician – Elements Massage Short Pump

Elements Massage Short Pump is excited to expand its services to include therapeutic skin care, and we're looking for a Master Esthetician (must hold a valid Master Esthetician license) to join our growing team.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced facial and body skincare treatments tailored to individual client needs

• Conduct thorough skin analysis and consultations to recommend appropriate treatments and products

• Provide specialized services such as chemical peels

• Maintain high standards of sanitation, safety, and client comfort

• Educate clients on skincare routines, product use, and maintenance between treatments

• Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat visits and loyalty

• Stay current on industry trends, new techniques, and continuing education requirements

• Collaborate with other wellness professionals to enhance overall client care and experience

• Document client progress and treatment plans accurately and confidentially

• Assist with retail sales by recommending products aligned with clients’ skincare needs

• Support the spa or clinic’s goals by contributing to a positive team environment and maintaining professional appearance and conduct

Qualifications

• Must have a valid Master Esthetician license (Required)

• Completion of a Master Esthetics educational program

• Licensed to perform facial services in the state of Virginia

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Comfortable working collaboratively with massage therapists and studio staff

• Open to creating social media content to help build your client base as earnings are based on services performed

• Experience in spa, med spa, or skincare settings

Benefits
