Qualifications

• Must have completed (or in the process of completing) a Massage Therapist program
• Must hold or be in the process of obtaining a license or certification.
• Must be fully licensed/certified to perform Massage Therapy prior to performing sessions at the studio.
• We love to speak with students, inexperienced, and experienced massage therapists with a wide variety of experience from private, medical massage therapy, resort spa / medical spa experience, and much more.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough patient assessments to determine individual needs and preferences.
• Provide a range of massage therapies, including deep tissue massage and trigger point therapy.
• Utilize knowledge of anatomy and physiology to address specific client concerns effectively.
• Collaborate with clients to develop personalized treatment plans aimed at pain management and relaxation.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for clients.
• Uphold high standards of customer service by ensuring client satisfaction throughout their experience.
• Educate clients on the benefits of various massage techniques and self-care practices.
• Stay current with industry trends and advancements in therapeutic practices.

Qualifications

• Valid massage therapy license or certification as required by state regulations.
• Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and occupational health principles.
• Experience in patient service within a med spa or similar setting is preferred.
• Proficiency in various massage techniques, particularly deep tissue and trigger point therapy.
• Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service.
• Ability to assess patient needs accurately and provide appropriate treatments.
• A compassionate demeanor with a genuine interest in promoting client wellness.
• Willingness to continue professional development through ongoing education and training.
