What’s In It for You
- $50 - $75/hr. of service, which includes tips and enhancement commission
- 2025 Full time MT’s total annual compensation $80,000
- 40% commission on session enhancements - hot stone, cupping, aroma, etc.
- We cover 50% of healthcare premiums
- Monthly MT Self-Care 90-minute session
- Paid Sick Time
- Retirement / 401(k) with employer match

What We’re Looking For
- Active New York Massage Therapy License.
- Recently graduated? We have a paid apprentice program for LMTs waiting on board results
- Confidence in Medium-to-Deep Tissue and Firm Pressure.
- A desire to work in a professional, drama-free, and collaborative environment.
