- Pitching the wellness plan to highlight features and benefits, encouraging customers to join and understand the importance of their wellness journey.
- Engage in upselling techniques to enhance customer satisfaction and boost sales figures.
- Maintain an organized and visually appealing studio that attracts customers to return.
- Supervise daily operations at the front desk, ensuring a smooth workflow and excellent customer service.
- Handle cash transactions responsibly, adhering to cash handling protocols and ensuring accuracy in all financial dealings.
- Provide exemplary phone etiquette when answering inquiries or directing calls to appropriate departments.
Basic qualifications
