As a Front Desk Sales Associate, you will be the vibrant face of our studio environment, welcoming customers with enthusiasm and providing them with exceptional service. Your role is pivotal in creating a positive engaging experience and driving sales through effective communication. You’ll be at the heart of our operations, ensuring that every customer feels valued and informed while contributing to the overall success of our studio.

What you’ll do

• Greet customers warmly and engaging in conversations with them.
• Utilize your expertise in Point of Sale (POS) systems to process transactions efficiently and accurately.
• Pitching the wellness plan to highlight features and benefits, encouraging customers to join and understand the importance of their wellness journey.
• Engage in upselling techniques to enhance customer satisfaction and boost sales figures.
• Maintain an organized and visually appealing studio that attracts customers to return.
• Supervise daily operations at the front desk, ensuring a smooth workflow and excellent customer service.
• Handle cash transactions responsibly, adhering to cash handling protocols and ensuring accuracy in all financial dealings.
• Provide exemplary phone etiquette when answering inquiries or directing calls to appropriate departments.

Basic qualifications

• Strong communication skills with a knack for connecting with customers.
• Proficient in basic math for handling transactions and performing retail math calculations.

Preferred qualifications

• Previous experience in retail sales or customer service roles is highly desirable.
• Bilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing our ability to serve diverse clientele.
• Familiarity with scheduling appointments and phone ettiquete.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 40 per week
