Elements Massage in The Woodlands is seeking a hands-on, bright, outgoing, friendly individual to join our team as Lead WMA. Responsibilities will include helping oversee the day-to-day operations of the studio, including selling therapeutic massage services, signing up non-members to our wellness program working with the existing management team and members booking appointments. Maintaining our clean, inviting studio atmosphere, and answering the phone professionally and politely to ensure a flawless guest experience. In return, we will provide.

Our Lead Wellness Membership Advisor will lead by example through performance level, (will have experience in a retail environment - preferably in the membership-based environments like massage, tanning salons, eyelash extension studios, facial businesses, etc.). We are looking for a proactive communicator, an initiator and a highly organized individual with the ability to handle stressful situations professionally and multitask with ease all while focusing on the guest experience!
