Your Role
- Maintain a high standard of professionalism, reliability, and consistency in every client interaction
- Assess client needs and deliver personalized, results-driven treatments
- Perform therapeutic modalities, including deep tissue and trigger point therapy
- Provide enhancements such as cupping, hot stone, aromatherapy, foot treatments, and herbal rituals
- Apply knowledge of anatomy and physiology to deliver safe, effective outcomes
- Complete SOAP notes and maintain accurate, professional records
- Deliver exceptional service that drives client satisfaction, rebooking, and long-term relationships
- Stay current with massage techniques and industry best practices
What We’re Looking For
- Reliability: Consistent attendance and punctuality are essential. You must be able to reliably report to all scheduled shifts
- Strong understanding of massage techniques, anatomy, and physiology
- Skilled in client assessment and pain management strategies
- Experience in deep tissue and trigger point therapy preferred
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Active Massage Therapy license in Virginia (required)

- Full-time MTs earn $40,000 to $60,000 per year once their client base is built. There is an initial ramp-up period as you build your schedule, and we support this through ongoing marketing and client acquisition efforts

Schedule
- Between 20 to 40 hours per week
- Part-time and full-time opportunities available
- Morning, evening, and weekend shifts offered
- At least one weekend shift is required
- Weekend shifts are our busiest and highest-earning shifts. Therapists who work weekends consistently build their client base faster and see higher earnings.
- For therapists looking to grow quickly, we strongly encourage additional weekend availability. We actively prioritize assigning high-demand shifts to therapists who are available during peak times so they can fill their schedules faster and maximize income.
