Position Overview
As a Landscape Construction Laborer, you will work alongside our foremen and crew members to install residential and commercial landscape projects. You’ll assist with a wide variety of installation tasks and help ensure jobs are completed safely, efficiently, and to our quality standards.
Key ResponsibilitiesLandscape Installation
- Assist with installation of artificial turf, pavers, concrete, irrigation, lighting, and planting
- Perform grading, trenching, digging, and site preparation
- Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment
- Assist with demolition and removal of existing landscape features
Crew Support
- Follow directions from Foreman and Crew Leads
- Work efficiently as part of a team
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites
- Help ensure projects are completed on schedule
Equipment & Tools
- Safely operate hand tools and basic power tools
- Assist with maintenance and care of tools and equipment
- Help track and organize materials on site
Safety & Professionalism
- Follow all company safety procedures and use PPE
- Maintain a positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Represent Elements Landscape professionally
Qualifications
Experience:
- Landscape construction experience preferred but not required
- Experience with turf, pavers, irrigation, or concrete is a plus
Skills:
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Ability to follow directions and work as part of a team
- Willingness to learn and grow
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Ability to perform physical labor throughout the day
Other Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license preferred
- Reliable transportation to shop/job sites
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
Schedule & Pay
- Monday–Friday, 6:30 AM – 2:30 PM
- Full-time, 40 hours/week
- Pay Range: $18.00 – $20.00 per hour (DOE)
