What are the responsibilities and job description for the Grade 5 Elementary Long-Term Substitute position at Elementary?
Long-term substitute position for the 2026-27 school year. The candidate will be responsible for providing instruction of 5th-grade classes at one of our elementary schools.
Successful teaching of core curriculum, ability to differentiate core instruction, follow and implement IEP/504 accommodation plans, effective communication with case manager, effective classroom/behavior management, effective communication with families, students, peers, and stakeholders, flexibility and adaptbility, integrity and professionalism.
Must hold required elementary PA certification.
