Title I Paraprofessional
Willett Elementary School
Start date: August 25, 2026 (with orientation days prior)
Responsibilities:
- Work with Title I students during small group literacy interventions
- Utilize a variety of instructional and classroom management techniques to meet the individual needs of students.
- Utilize Title I determined interventions, materials and associated tools.
- Conducts ongoing assessments and progress monitoring of student learning
- Collaborates with Title I and classroom teachers to identify areas of focus
- Encourages family engagement
- Participates in school and district initiatives and professional development that promotes professional growth, social emotional learning, and accessibility to curriculum.
- Performs other responsibilities as deemed appropriate and assigned by a supervisor and/or designee.
Qualifications Profile:
- Highly Qualified: 2 years college credits or equivalent or passing score of the ParaPro
Salary per Attleboro Paraprofessionals Association Collective Bargaining Agreement - Salary Range: $32,266 - $47,397
