What are the responsibilities and job description for the Receptionist position at Elementary School?
Position Details:
The Elementary campus is located in Smiley, TX, and has an opening for a full-time campus receptionist. Under moderate supervision, respond to inquiries from staff, students, parents, and the general public; provide requested information and/or referral to the appropriate parties; direct visitors as needed and provide general clerical support for the efficient operation of the campus administration office. Assignments to additional or specific duties may occur as necessary and are assigned by the Principal.
Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED required. Proficient keyboarding skills. Effective organization, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to understand and follow detailed written and verbal instructions. Ability to operate general office equipment, including, but not limited to, computer, multi-line phone, copier, and fax machine.

(Training access provided by N-S C.I.S.D. staff before employment).
5. Must clear a biometric (fingerprint-based) background check.
