Our Agri-STEM program blends agriculture, science, technology, and sustainability to empower scholars with the analytical, interpersonal, and professional skills needed to thrive in a rapidly evolving world.

We are seeking an Agri-STEM Teacher who is passionate about hands-on learning, environmental stewardship, and scholar empowerment. This educator will design engaging instruction, build real-world experiences, and foster a learning environment where scholars grow academically, socially, and professionally.

  • Design engaging lessons that connect agriculture, science, and sustainability concepts to real-world applications.

  • Provide instruction in the use of agricultural tools, equipment, technology, and industry-aligned techniques.

  • Offer hands-on learning experiences such as fieldwork, labs, and project-based learning.

Data-Driven Practice & Compliance

  • Monitor scholar progress through ongoing assessments and adjust instruction to meet diverse learning needs, including scholars receiving special education services.

  • Maintain accurate records for grades, attendance, learning activities, and required documentation.

  • Uphold ARLCS policies, classroom culture expectations, and behavior standards that create a productive learning environment.

Collaboration & Community Engagement

  • Collaborate with colleagues to embed Agri-STEM concepts across the curriculum and participate actively in PLCs and campus committees.

  • Build strong partnerships with families and maintain open communication regarding scholar progress and expectations.

  • Engage with local agricultural and STEM partners to enhance learning opportunities for scholars.

  • Participate in ongoing professional development to stay current with agricultural trends, technologies, and instructional best practices.

Other Responsibilities

  • Organize instructional materials, safety protocols, and classroom resources effectively.

  • Support schoolwide initiatives and perform additional duties as assigned by the Principal or administrative team.

  • Ability to incorporate technology and digital tools to enhance scholar learning.

  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with scholars, families, and team members.

  • Commitment to continuous improvement, self-reflection, and professional growth.

  • Ability to work collaboratively and maintain cooperative relationships across the school community.

Qualifications
