Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Construction Installation Technician to join our construction division, Elemental Shelter Solutions.
This role involves a variety of tasks to support the installation of fabric membrane structures and steel building components on-site, including site preparation, material handling, and building assembly.
The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team, ensuring projects are completed efficiently and safely.

Schedule & PTO
- Weekdays (Monday-Friday), 7:00am-3:00pm. No weekends. Overtime available depending on project deadlines and weather constraints.
- Must be able to travel during weekdays if job site is out-of-town. Company provides vehicle, lodging, and daily Per Diem rate.
- PTO - Paid Vacation, Sick Leave, and (8) Holidays.
Duties
- Install structural components, fixtures, and equipment according to project specifications and/or engineered drawings
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment safely and effectively. Company provided PPE.
- Conduct site inspections to ensure installation quality and adherence to safety standards
- Collaborate with project managers, crew leads, and other company divisions to coordinate installation activities
- Troubleshoot installation issues and implement effective solutions promptly
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions, requiring physical strength and stamina for extended periods of time. Lifting materials (50-lbs ), bending, stopping, and working at heights on scaffolding or lifts.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency
- Follow all safety protocols and company policies during daily operations
Qualifications
- Proven experience in construction installation or related field is preferred, but willing to train the right person with a positive mindset.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and familiarity with construction tools and equipment
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work at heights or in confined spaces as required by specific projects
- Good physical stamina with the ability to lift heavy materials and stand for extended periods
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation is required. CDL is a plus.

Pay: $20.00 - $27.00 per hour
