Manufacturing Line Operator - Precision Production

• Location: Avon, CT
• Pay: $20.00–$26.00 per hour
• Shifts: 1st (6:00 AM – 2:30 PM) or 2nd (2:00 PM – 10:30 PM)
• Training: On-the-job training provided

• Run and observe manufacturing machinery per established procedures and safety rules.
• Perform setups, fine-tune adjustments, and handle changeovers for new jobs.
• Inspect finished parts to confirm they meet specifications and quality standards.
• Load inputs and remove/stage completed materials from equipment.
• Document production counts and quality checks with accuracy.
• Spot equipment issues early and communicate maintenance needs quickly.
• Keep your area clean, organized, and safe.
• Work closely with production, quality, and maintenance teams to reach output goals.

• Machine operation or manufacturing experience preferred.
• Mechanical aptitude and basic troubleshooting ability.
• Ability to read work instructions and complete production paperwork accurately.
• Strong attention to detail; commitment to quality.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Reliable attendance; comfortable working independently and with a team.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.

• Experience on automated or semi-automated equipment.
• Familiarity with inspection processes and measuring instruments.
• Forklift experience.
• Time spent in an industrial or manufacturing setting.
