Quick facts- Location: Avon, CT
- Pay: $20.00–$26.00 per hour
- Shifts: 1st (6:00 AM – 2:30 PM) or 2nd (2:00 PM – 10:30 PM)
- Training: On-the-job training provided

- Run and observe manufacturing machinery per established procedures and safety rules.
- Perform setups, fine-tune adjustments, and handle changeovers for new jobs.
- Inspect finished parts to confirm they meet specifications and quality standards.
- Load inputs and remove/stage completed materials from equipment.
- Document production counts and quality checks with accuracy.
- Spot equipment issues early and communicate maintenance needs quickly.
- Keep your area clean, organized, and safe.
- Work closely with production, quality, and maintenance teams to reach output goals.
- Machine operation or manufacturing experience preferred.
- Mechanical aptitude and basic troubleshooting ability.
- Ability to read work instructions and complete production paperwork accurately.
- Strong attention to detail; commitment to quality.
- Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Reliable attendance; comfortable working independently and with a team.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Experience on automated or semi-automated equipment.
- Familiarity with inspection processes and measuring instruments.
- Forklift experience.
- Time spent in an industrial or manufacturing setting.
