We’re looking for an outgoing and motivated individual to join our team as a Part-Time Sales Associate. If you’re passionate about self-care, enjoy connecting with people, and love sharing Savannah's local charm, this is the perfect role for you!
Duties
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating products within the store while engaging in conversation.
- Provide product demonstrations to enhance customer understanding and satisfaction.
- Process transactions accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Maintain knowledge of current promotions, sales, and product features to effectively inform customers.
- Stock shelves and organize merchandise to ensure the store is visually appealing.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a professional manner.
- Uphold high standards of cleanliness and organization throughout the store.
Requirements
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred.
- Proficiency in using POS systems for transaction processing.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
- A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
- Energetic and outgoing personality with excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Passion for locally made sustainable products.
- Reliable transportation.
