Warehouse Shipping & Fulfillment Associate
Job Type: Full-Time
We're looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Shipping & Fulfillment Associate to join our warehouse team. If you enjoy staying organized, working in a fast-paced environment, and take pride in doing things right, we'd love to meet you.
Responsibilities
- Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Prepare shipments for USPS, UPS, and FedEx.
- Create shipping labels by selecting the most appropriate carrier and shipping method based on package weight, contents, value, destination, and delivery requirements.
- Verify order accuracy before shipment.
- Package products securely to prevent damage during transit.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse.
- Assist with receiving inventory, stocking shelves, and other warehouse duties as needed.
- Meet daily shipping deadlines while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
Required Skills
- Basic computer proficiency, including email, printing, navigating web-based applications, and learning new software quickly.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Dependable, punctual, and self-motivated.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the workday.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous warehouse, shipping, or fulfillment experience.
- Experience with Shopify Admin.
- Experience using ShipStation or similar shipping software.
- Experience operating a pallet jack safely.
- Understanding of shipping and fulfillment concepts.
- Familiarity with receiving procedures, including inspecting, counting, and organizing incoming inventory.
- Knowledge of USPS, UPS, and FedEx shipping methods.
- Ability to troubleshoot basic shipping or computer-related issues.
