Key Responsibilities
Financial Operations Management
- Maintain daily financial reporting including cash summary and financial position monitoring.
- Monitor company cash flow and assist leadership with financial planning.
- Ensure accuracy of financial data and internal financial controls.
Payroll Administration
- Process payroll accurately and on schedule.
- Review employee hours, deductions, benefits, and payroll-related documentation.
- Address payroll discrepancies and employee payroll inquiries.
- Maintain payroll records and compensation documentation.
Accounting & Financial Reporting
- Lead the monthly financial close process and ensure books are closed in a timely manner.
- Validate revenue, expenses, and financial reporting accuracy.
- Maintain financial documentation and accounting records.
Tax & Compliance Administration
- Receive and respond to tax notices and financial correspondence.
- Ensure timely submission of required financial filings and payments.
Fleet Financial Administration
- Oversee financial administration of company vehicles including insurance, registration, and billing coordination.
