Starting Pay: Starts at $16.50 and Increases to $18.00 after 6 months.

• Evening Shift
• Weekdays
• Weekends

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)
• Knowledge of Android /Apple OS and current smart phone applications.

License/Certification:

• BSIS Guard Card CA (Required)
• CA Driver’s License/Valid ID (Required)
• Baton (Optional)
• OC (Optional)
• Taser (Optional)

Must be at least 21 years of age and able to meet all employment requirements, including, but not limited to, a background check, drug test(s) and Clean DMV record with a minimum of 3 years driving experience.

Responsibilities:

Security will be outside working with others as part of a team. Applicants should expect to be responding to several different properties as deemed necessary. Applicants should expect to be on their feet for the majority of their shift, lift carry and or push up to 50 pounds. Applicants will need to be able to communicate in clear English for radio use as well as when providing customer service.

Duties:

Duties include, but not limited to the following: Review post orders for the assigned post, enforce all company and client policies, provide a visible presence and excellent customer service, inspect buildings, equipment and access points, permit entry, prevent losses and damage by reporting irregularities, inform violators of policy and procedures, submit activity/maintenance report or other report type if applicable, confirm property/campus is secure, conduct lock up/unlocks as requested by the client, inform violators of policy and procedures, check for and remove any unwanted person(s), respond to security alarms/calls for service and assess potential and real disturbances, contact law enforcement and other emergency officials when needed, maintain property safety for duration of shift, maintain and follow all laws when using company equipment, perform other activities as assigned.

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
