Job Duties & Responsibilities:
- Conduct door-to-door canvassing in designated neighborhoods to generate leads for roofing services.
- Engage with homeowners and discuss storm damage and roofing concerns and needs.
- Provide basic information about our company's services, materials, and craftsmanship.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, interactions, and appointments.
- Collaborate with the team to develop effective sales strategies and meet targets.
Job Requirements:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with potential customers.
- Must be self-motivated with a hustle mindset and the drive to achieve targets.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Previous experience in sales or canvassing is preferred but is not mandatory.

Expected hours: 20-25 per week
Pay Breakdown: $50-$200/hr based on performance
Schedule: Monday to Friday 4 PM - 8 PM; Saturday 10 AM - 3PM
