What are the responsibilities and job description for the Part-Time Floor Manager - Restaurant position at Element Restaurant and Bar?
Element Restaurant and Bar is looking for an assistant floor manager to join our family-owned team. We are located in Stafford Township, just a few minutes from LBI. The ideal candidate would have a passion for hospitality and service. The assistant manager must be able to provide the best experience to customers as well as employees. Please see details below:
- Hourly part-time position with pay based on experience, with a full-time position possible

- 30 hours, we value work/life balance
- Weekend and night availability is a must, currently looking to schedule a Sun - Thurs position
- Previous restaurant experience is not mandatory, but the candidate must be trainable and hold hospitality in high regard
