Job Description:
A licensed physical therapist is needed for outpatient balance and orthopedic private practice in Florence & Missoula, Montana. Element Physical Therapy specializes in vestibular, balance, vertigo/dizziness, post-concussion, and orthopedic cases. Element Physical Therapy is internationally known for having state-of-the-art equipment such as the VR-SOT. Element Physical Therapy seeks a fun, team-oriented full-time or part-time physical therapist who loves to learn. Dry needling certification is welcomed. You will receive on-the-job training and job shadowing as needed. Join our fun team!

Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough assessments of patients to develop personalized treatment plans.
- Implement and monitor physical therapy interventions to improve patient mobility and function.
- Educate patients and their families on treatment processes and home care strategies.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive patient care and effective discharge planning.
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes in compliance with medical standards.
- Stay updated on advancements in physical therapy techniques and practices.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $38.00 - $50.00 per hour
Expected hours: 24 – 40 hours per week
