Build Your Career Where the Blue Ridge Meets Precision Engineering
You already know your way around a diagnostic tree. You take pride in fixing it right the first time. And you're tired of waiting on parts, fighting for good work, or wondering where your career goes from here.
Let's change that.
Our Acura dealership in Fletcher is growing, and we're looking for an experienced Main Line Technician who wants more than a bay and a paycheck. We want someone who wants to be the go-to tech in the shop and has their sights set on what comes next.
WHY TECHS ARE CHOOSING US
- Earning potential of $86,000 per year
- A steady flow of quality work: drivability, electrical, diagnostics, and major repairs, not just oil changes and tire rotations
- Factory Acura/Honda training paid for by us, so you can advance toward Master certification
- A clear path to grow: Shop Foreman, Team Lead, Diagnostic Specialist, or Service Management
- Modern shop, up-to-date equipment, and a parts department that actually has your back
- Service advisors who sell the work and a management team that listens
- Health, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k), paid time off, and tool allowance or tool program
- Life in Western North Carolina: mountains, trails, breweries, and Asheville minutes away, without big-city cost or chaos
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Diagnose and repair complex mechanical, electrical, and drivability concerns on Acura vehicles
- Perform major repairs including engine, transmission, suspension, and HVAC work
- Use factory diagnostic tools and service information to pinpoint problems accurately
- Document repairs clearly so advisors and customers know exactly what was done
- Mentor newer techs and help raise the bar across the shop
WHAT YOU BRING
- 3 years of dealership or independent automotive repair experience
- Honda/Acura experience strongly preferred (other import brands considered)
- ASE certifications preferred; Acura/Honda factory training a big plus
- Strong diagnostic skills and comfort with electrical systems
- Your own professional tools
- Valid driver's license
- A pride-in-your-work mindset and the drive to keep learning
