Supply Chain Administrator

Overview

Element has an opportunity for an Administration Manager to efficiently carry out the administration activities in a busy site laboratory all the while coordinating with Management ensuring adherence to the administration policies of the company.

In this role you will work closely with the Operations team and support ongoing programs for the facility. Your departmental responsibilities will include procurement of project materials, incoming inspections for deliveries, purchase order generation, status updates to BOM's, invoicing, and month end reporting.

Salary: $25- $35/hr DOE

Responsibilities

• Customer service management
• Customer data maintenance
• Front office maintenance
• Stationery stock management
• Travel / transport coordination
• Reporting Training new admins
• Support accounts team in areas of payroll, payables, inventory Job scheduling
• Clerical duties, filing and data maintenance
• Coordination of inter laboratory transactions when required
• Provide assistance to the department managers / supervisors
• Ensure adherence to the company policies
• Facility Ambassador
• Co-ordinate for periodic training for the team
• Motivate the team for superior performance and be a conduit between employees needs and the company
• Coordinate department employees leave with minimum effect on the operations
  
  

Skills / Qualifications

• 1 year prior experience in a Senior Administrative Supervisor capacity
• Good command of English Language
• Experience with reporting
• Prior track record conducting training
• Aerospace background experience is a plus
• Experience with ordering raw materials such as piping, tube, welding, calibrations
• ITAR facility experience
