Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Implement and maintain project management standards, tools, and methodologies.
- Oversee project delivery timelines, budgets, and quality metrics.
- Support cross-functional teams in executing strategic initiatives.
- Monitor project performance and recommend process improvements.
- Coordinate with department heads to align project priorities with business objectives.
- Manage a small team of project managers, site managers, installers, and support staff.
- Prepare reports and presentations for senior leadership.
- Support training and documentation efforts for project teams.
- Years of relevant experience: 7 years of experience managing technical or operational projects.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field.
- Certifications: PMP certification preferred.
- Industry Experience: Experience in material handling or industrial projects is a plus.
- Skills: organizational, and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.

- Occasional travel to project sites.
- Ability to work in warehouse environments and wear PPE as needed.
