**Job Overview:**
Saturday mornings 8:30am
We are looking for a dynamic and skilled BarreInstructor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in dance, pilates, physiology knowledge, and body mechanics to deliver exceptional instruction to our students.
**Duties:**
- Conduct engaging and effective dance classes for individuals or groups
- Design customized dance cardio/Barre programs tailored to students' abilities and goals
- Educate students on proper techniques, posture, and movement
- Provide modifications to accommodate different skill levels and physical capabilities
- Motivate and inspire students to excel in their dance skills
- Ensure a safe and supportive learning environment for all participants
**Experience:**
- Certification or extensive experience in dance instruction
- Knowledge of physiology, body mechanics, and anatomy related to dance
- Familiarity with disciplines such as Yoga, Pilates, or personal training is a plus
- Ability to create innovative and well-structured dance routines
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to connect with students of all ages
- Passion for helping individuals
