Position Title: Proposal Coordinator
Location: Tampa, FL
The Proposal Coordinator plays a key role in shaping how our firm pursues and wins work. This position supports pursuits from initiation through selection, including qualifications, proposal, interviews, and all print and electronic submittals. Working closely with pursuit leaders, technical staff, and management, the Proposal Coordinator helps organize, develop, and deliver compelling pursuit materials that reflect our expertise, culture, and strategic goals.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Support companywide proposal and marketing efforts across multiple active and upcoming pursuits.
- Partners with pursuit teams to track, manage, and support proposal schedules, requirements, and deliverables.
- Coordinates, writes, and leads qualification packages, proposals, resumes, presentations, and marketing collateral.
- Collaborate with technical staff to write, review, and edit content for clarity and consistent messages.
- Assist in developing general marketing collateral, handouts, and promotional materials, as needed.
- Maintain a strong working knowledge of the company’s services, staff capabilities, subconsultants, clients, and competitors to support strategic pursuit efforts.
- Manage and maintain CRM processes, procedures, maintenance, and reporting.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, journalism, communication, advertising, or a related field.
- Experience in the engineering or construction industry is a plus.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Experience with CRM systems, familiarity with VantagePoint a plus.
Pay: $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
