We are seeking a motivated and skilled Cabinet Installer / Carpenter / Remodeler to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing custom cabinets, performing various carpentry and remodeling tasks, and ensuring high-quality craftsmanship on every project. Duties
- Measure, cut, assemble, and install cabinets, countertops, and fixtures according to blueprints and technical drawings
- Read and interpret construction plans, schematics, and detailed specifications to execute projects accurately
- Utilize hand tools and power tools safely to perform framing, trim carpentry, door hanging, fixture installation, and finishing work
- Perform remodeling tasks such as drywall installation, plastering, caulking, stucco application, flooring installation, tile laying, and painting
- Conduct heavy lifting and physical tasks required for rebar installation, concrete forming, masonry work, roofing, siding, and water damage restoration projects
- Follow safety protocols including power tool safety procedures and proper handling of materials like metal studs or CNC-fabricated components
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects while maintaining high standards of quality and craftsmanship
Skills
- Strong construction estimating skills with the ability to assess project scope and materials needed
- Proficiency in trim carpentry, cabinetry installation, door hanging, fixture installation, and woodworking techniques
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, construction plans, and interpret technical drawings accurately
- Experience with hand tools (saws, drills, chisels) and power tools (nail guns, sanders) with a focus on safety compliance
- Extensive construction site experience across residential or commercial settings with knowledge of framing (metal stud or wood), roofing, siding, masonry or restoration industries
- Familiarity with water damage restoration processes including mold remediation and structural repairs
- Knowledge of plumbing or electrical systems is a plus for comprehensive remodeling projects
- Capable of heavy lifting safely while maintaining attention to detail during fabrication or assembly tasks
- Experience in manufacturing environments or CNC operations related to custom cabinetry or fixtures is advantageous
- Ability to interpret schematics for fixture installation or metal stud framing projects
