Breakfast Cook Part-Time

We are currently seeking a skilled and passionate Part-Time Breakfast Cook to join our team at our Element by Marriott North Charleston hotel. As a Breakfast Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and presenting high-quality dishes in our bistro, ensuring an excellent dining experience for our guests.

• Execute menu items with precision and creativity, following established recipes and presentation standards. 
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen workspace, adhering to food safety and hygiene regulations. 
• Monitor and manage kitchen inventory to ensure freshness and availability of ingredients. 
• Adhere to health and safety guidelines while working in a fast-paced environment. 
• Contribute to a positive team environment and support colleagues as needed.

SKILLS EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE 

• Proven experience as a Cook, preferably in a bistro or similar setting. 
• Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and cooking methods. 
• Must have attention to detail with the ability to be thorough in your work. 
• Must be able to work independently while maintaining timelines.
