Alpine amenities include a luxury fitness center, spa services, two outdoor soaking pools, a ski concierge, a private club room for apres ski, a year-round resident concierge, and private chef arrangements. Residences boast high-end kitchen appliances, large outdoor terraces, and access to a private ski lift.
This is a salaried position with a salary range of $60,000-$65,000 per year.

- Supervise and lead the housekeeping staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management, to ensure efficient and effective operations.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the property, conducting inspections and implementing procedures to uphold cleanliness standards.
- Manage housekeeping supplies and equipment, including ordering, stocking, and inventory control, to ensure adequate supplies for daily operations.
- Address guest concerns or complaints related to housekeeping services promptly and professionally, ensuring guest satisfaction and resolving issues promptly.
- Develop and manage the housekeeping department budget, monitoring expenses, labor costs, and purchasing to optimize efficiency and meet financial goals.
- Several years of experience in housekeeping roles, with progressively increasing responsibilities, demonstrating expertise in cleaning procedures, staff supervision, and quality control.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team, foster a positive work environment, and achieve departmental goals.
