The Opportunity
The Client Associate serves as a key support partner to our advisors and clients, helping ensure that daily operations run smoothly and clients receive timely, attentive service. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys organization, communication, multitasking, and building strong professional relationships in a fast-paced office environment.
The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, highly organized, and takes pride in delivering exceptional administrative and client support.
Key Responsibilities
Client Experience & Relationship Support
- Serve as a primary point of contact for client inquiries via phone, email, and in-person interactions
- Coordinate and schedule client meetings, appointments, and follow-up communications
- Prepare meeting materials and assist with maintaining an organized client experience
- Build and maintain positive, professional relationships with clients and team members
- Assist with onboarding new clients and ensuring a smooth transition process
Operations & Administrative Support
- Process account paperwork, service requests, transfers, and account maintenance tasks
- Maintain accurate and organized client records within CRM and custodial systems
- Assist advisors with administrative preparation and operational follow-through
- Coordinate documentation and workflows with custodians and internal compliance teams
- Support office organization, internal processes, and special projects as needed
Firm Representation
- Represent Eleiva Financial &Partners professionally in all client-facing interactions
- Support client appreciation initiatives, educational events, and firm activities
- Contribute to a collaborative, team-oriented office environment
- Help create an organized and welcoming experience for clients and visitors

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience preferred
- 1–3 years of administrative, client service, or office support experience
- Financial services or wealth management experience is a plus, but not required
- Experience with CRM systems and financial custodial platforms is preferred
- SIE, Series 7 and/or Series 66 licenses (or willingness to pursue)
