The Opportunity
We are seeking a high-performing, client-facing Luxury Design Sales Consultant to join our team.
This is a relationship-driven, consultative sales role - not a transactional retail position. You will work with high-end clients on meaningful projects, guiding them from initial consultation through design, quoting, and closing.

What You'll Do
Client EngagementSales
- Conduct showroom consultations with homeowners, designers, and trade clients
- Understand client needs and translate them into design-driven solutions
- Build trust and act as a luxury advisor throughout the process
Business Development

Prospect and develop relationships with:
- Interior designers
- Builders
- Architects
- Generate new opportunities and maintain an active pipeline
Deal Management
- Prepare quotes and proposals
- Follow up consistently with clients
- Work in Salesforce CRM
- Guide clients through material selection and project decisions
- Close deals and drive revenue growth
Brand Representation
- Deliver a high-end, professional client experience
- Represent Zicana's brand with attention to detail and professionalism
Compensation
Base Salary
- $65,000 annually (paid weekly, hourly equivalent)
Commission Structure
- 2.5% on annual sales up to $999,999
- 3.5% on $1,000,000 – $2,160,000
- 4.5% on sales above $2,160,000
Earnings Potential
- On-target earnings: ~$125,000
- High performers: $150,000–$170,000
Commissions are paid monthly based on signed contracts with deposits received.
Schedule
- Full-time: 5 days/week
- 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Includes rotating Saturdays (with a weekday off)

Experience
- 2 years in sales (preferably consultative or design-related)
