We are a leading wholesale company specializing in beautiful Quinceañera dresses and accessories. We are seeking a motivated, bilingual Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the face and voice of our brand—handling customer inquiries, managing essential sales paperwork, and meeting with retail clients in major local fashion hubs.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Service & Sales: Answer incoming customer phone calls, provide product information, and assist retail buyers with their orders.
- Client Meetings: Meet with existing and potential wholesale customers in the Downtown LA Fashion District and Hunting Park showrooms/stores.
- Administrative Tasks: Handle daily office paperwork, including creating sales invoices and assisting with quarterly inventory counts.
- Delivery Assistance: Help with order deliveries. This may involve accompanying the business owner or making independent deliveries using a company/personal vehicle (extra compensation/pay will be provided for solo deliveries).
Qualifications & Requirements
- Language: Must be fully bilingual in Spanish and English (written and spoken) to effectively communicate with our client base.
- Experience: Previous experience in retail, wholesale sales, or customer service (fashion or apparel industry is a major plus, but not required).
- Skills:
- Strong communication and phone etiquette.
- Basic computer and math skills for processing daily invoices and inventory.
- Highly organized and reliable.
- Travel/Driving: Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation for client visits and deliveries.
