- Offer additional services such as hair extensions, hair threading, eyelash extensions, and esthetic laser treatments as needed.
- Engage with clients to understand their preferences and recommend suitable services.
- Upsell products and services to enhance the client experience and meet their needs.
- Maintain accurate records of client services and preferences.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Skills
- Proficient in various nail care techniques and services.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Knowledge of retail math for effective product sales management.
- Experience in hair styling is a plus.
- Ability to perform hair extensions, hair threading, eyelash extensions, and esthetic laser treatments is desirable.
