Essential Duties | What You’ll Do

• During the week work in a warehouse environment printing custom floor decals, vinyl graphics, and other printed materials operating a Roland VG2-540 Wide Format Printer and Versa Works software related to vinyl production including weeding, cutting and rolling. 

• Performing a variety of tasks to aid the daily operations of the warehouse. The duties can include but are not limited to moving, storing and preparing decor in support of the weekend events

• Manage printing machines owned by the company.

• Perform maintenance on all used equipment.

• On Saturdays you will work onsite at hotels, golf courses, tents... installing and dismantling event decor

• Load and unload event décor onto trucks for delivery to clients, venues and to return products to the warehouse

• Pack and unpack event décor including drapery, chandeliers, dance floors, staging and lighting

Job Requirements:

• Strong attention to detail and ability to ensure high-quality design output.

• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

• Excellent communication skills to work with clients and team members.

Physical and Work Environment Requirements

• Must be available to work weekends

• Ability to stand, kneel, crouch, bend and reach during entire work shift

• Able to stand and/or walk 100% of the work shift

• Ability to work with hands and arms during entire shift

• Must be able to move and climb ladders WITHOUT accommodation or assistance

• Ability to work in high lift

• Must be able to lift, carry, push and pull 30-40 lbs. throughout the shift. Occasionally may move up to and over 100 lbs. with assistance

• Ability to handle fragile items safely

• Must be able to tolerate cold, heat and humid conditions
