Key Responsibilities
- Plan and coordinate integrated IT/facility moves, adds, changes, and relocation activities.
- Manage single-user through large-scale office relocation and technology-change projects.
- Coordinate relocation and installation of desktops, laptops, telephones, peripherals, network equipment, and other technology.
- Oversee workstation reconfiguration, equipment installation/de-installation, swaps, replacements, packing, and unpacking.
- Coordinate cabling, network connectivity, electrical dependencies, furniture installers, and other facility trades.
- Provide on-site technical escalation for incidents that cannot be resolved through the service desk.
- Coordinate emergency hardware/software fixes and complex troubleshooting.
- Develop site-readiness, move, cutover, rollback, and transition plans as applicable.
- Schedule resources and field technicians based on location, workload, and required expertise.
- Maintain asset accountability during moves and coordinate asset updates with the ITAM Lead.
- Apply standardized processes to minimize disruption, downtime, security exposure, and loss of equipment.
- Provide status reporting, risk tracking, issue escalation, and completion validation for volume-based projects.
