Key Responsibilities
- Act as a 'Director in Charge' and set the tone in the store by maintaining employee motivation and efficiently resolving client or brand issues.
- Supervise and guide staff towards maximum performance by demonstrating exceptional client service and maintaining objective, professional relationships with brand partners, stakeholders, peers, and supervisors.
Requirements
Essential Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in retail management.
- Flexibility to work during peak retail hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrate an energetic and positive attitude.
- Outstanding communication and listening skills, as well as proficient presentation skills.
- Knowledge of beauty products and ability to educate clients on the latest beauty trends.
- Capacity to motivate, develop, and inspire a team to reach their full potential.
- Passion for delivering exceptional client service and experiential retail.
Preferred Qualifications
- 3 years of experience in the retail industry.
- Access to personal devices for work (smartphone).
- Strong management skills, including supervising employees, hiring and onboarding, conducting performance reviews, and writing schedules.
- Mathematical skills, such as tracking inventory usage, counting cash drawer, and calculating percentages.
- Comfortable handling customer complaints.
- Able to stand for the duration of the shift.
- Able to comfortably lift 30 lbs.
- Availability to work weekdays, weekends, holidays, and overtime.
Working Conditions
The job requires working in person, with an 8-hour shift and day/night shifts available.
