Elegant Accents seeks a commission-based Outdoor Lighting Sales Associate to drive outdoor and landscape lighting sales for luxury homes. You’ll generate leads through events and CRM tools, build referral partnerships, present custom lighting proposals, and manage projects from consultation to completion.
Compensation & Benefits:
- 10% commission on sales per pricing model (uncapped)
- Ramp-in plan: $800/week 5% commission on Landscape Lighting;
- 3.75% on Holiday & Roofline Lighting
- 401(k) available
- Company vehicle provided (mileage reimbursement for personal use)
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and manage leads for landscape, holiday, and roofline lighting
- Build and maintain relationships with referral partners in luxury markets
- Present design proposals and quotes to clients
- Coordinate with homeowners and installation teams
- Manage scheduling, orders, and CRM updates
- Follow up with clients post-installation
- Attend home shows, events, and training sessions
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED
- 2 years of commission-based sales experience (luxury clientele preferred)
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM systems
- Understanding of high-end customer expectations is a plus
