We are seeking a highly skilled Gen AI Salesforce Engineer / Consultant with expertise in building AI-powered solutions within the Salesforce ecosystem. The ideal candidate will design, develop, and integrate Generative AI capabilities with Salesforce, enabling intelligent automation, enhanced customer experience, and data-driven decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop Generative AI solutions (chatbots, copilots, virtual assistants) integrated with Salesforce
- Implement and customize Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and SOQL
- Build and optimize prompt engineering frameworks and AI workflows
- Integrate AI models (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.) with Salesforce via APIs and middleware
- Develop scalable architectures connecting Salesforce with external AI platforms
- Leverage Salesforce data to build AI-driven insights and automation
- Implement Einstein AI / Einstein GPT capabilities within Salesforce
- Build and manage data pipelines, embeddings, and vector-based retrieval systems (RAG)
- Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and support UAT and production deployments
- Ensure data governance, security, and compliance standards
Required Skills
- Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce platform (Apex, LWC, SOQL)
- Experience with Generative AI / LLMs (GPT, Claude, etc.)
- Expertise in prompt engineering and AI solution design
- Knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs and system integrations
- Strong programming skills in Python and/or JavaScript
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Technical & AI Skills
- AI/ML concepts: NLP, embeddings, model evaluation
- Frameworks: LangChain, LlamaIndex (preferred)
- Vector databases: Pinecone, FAISS, Weaviate
- Data tools: SQL, ETL pipelines
