• Bachelor’s degree plus 5 to 7 years relevant experience.
• Leadership experience in power electronics manufacturing, particularly in Switches, Relays, Controls, or Battery Monitoring hardware products.
• Expertise in Lean manufacturing, continuous improvement, and advanced problem-solving methodologies.
• Experience with ERP systems and modern manufacturing technologies.
• Demonstrated success in leading, coaching, and developing high-performing teams.
• Strong ownership mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding performance goals.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
