Responsibilities:
- Provides senior-level oversight and technical program leadership for cybersecurity services, ensuring delivery of highly adaptive cybersecurity services in support of federal information systems and high-value assets (HVAs).
- Serves as the primary interface with the Ordering Activity Contracting Officer (OCO), COR, Authorizing Officials (AOs), and agency cybersecurity leadership to coordinate execution of task orders encompassing Risk and Vulnerability Assessments (RVA), High Value Asset (HVA) Assessments, Cyber Hunt, Incident Response, Penetration Testing, and Incident Handling and Event Management (IHEM) services.
- Directs and integrates multidisciplinary cybersecurity teams across governance, engineering, defensive operations, assessment, and threat analysis functions.
- Ensures all services are executed in accordance with applicable federal cybersecurity frameworks and mandates, including FISMA, NIST SP 800-37 (RMF), NIST SP 800-53 security controls, OMB guidance, DHS BODs, and agency-specific policies.
- Implements performance management, quality assurance, and risk management processes tailored to highly adaptive cybersecurity environments.
- Oversees technical deliverable review, remediation prioritization, risk acceptance documentation, and reporting to support authorization decisions and enterprise risk posture improvement.
- Ensures operational coordination across task orders and cybersecurity service domains, maintains surge readiness for incident response activities, and provides executive-level briefings on threat landscape trends, vulnerability posture, remediation progress, and compliance status.
- Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field
- 9 years relevant experience (Additional relevant experience may substitute for formal education)
- PMP
- CISSP (preferred)
