What are the responsibilities and job description for the Process Technician I position at ELECTRONINKS INCORPORATED?
Electroninks is quickly expanding and is seeking an experienced, full-time Process Technician to join our Production Team! The ideal candidate is detail oriented, has strong communication skills, and has a desire to learn.
In this role, you will perform a variety of Production duties, including but not limited to, manufacturing of inks, data analysis, and SOP creation. To be successful in this role, you will have a working knowledge of data characterization, wet lab chemistry, and/or chemical manufacturing.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manufacture batches of conductive inks by following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to safely operate reactors, pumps, and vacuum systems
- Keep a clean workspace and perform routine preventative maintenance on manufacturing equipment.
- Assist in analyzing data and generating reports to maintain process quality
- Maintain inventory tracking of finished inks and manufacturing raw materials
- Follow all laboratory safety protocols and wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) where necessary.
- Safely handle hazardous materials by following safety protocols
- Participate in weekly team meetings

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering, preferred, or a minimum of 2 years relative experience.
- Experience in wet chemical laboratory or chemical manufacturing environment
- Strong verbal and written communication
- Strong organizational and planning skills
- Attention to detail
- Self-motivation and a desire to learn new things
- Ability to work well with a small and diverse team
- Experience with Microsoft Office software, especially Excel and PowerPoint
