Seeking Full-time Electronics Assembly Technician With Shipping and Receiving Experience
Our company, Electronics International Inc., is hiring a full-time team member to staff our new facility on the Coeur d'Alene Airport. We are looking for a versatile individual for a hybrid role that combines electronics assembly with shipping and receiving duties.
We are happy to provide on-the-job training for our specific electronics assembly techniques; however, previous experience in a shipping and receiving role is required.

Job Requirements:
- Proven experience in a shipping and receiving capacity.
- Ability to move and think quickly, delivering high-quality work with meticulous attention to detail.
- Comfort with using shop tools such as soldering irons, wire cutters, Dremels, grinders, drill presses, etc.
- Basic computer proficiency, with a preference for candidates familiar with shipping software (e.g., UPS WorldShip, FedEx Ship Manager).
- Good verbal communication skills and fluency in English.
- Ability to perform lifting of up to 50 lbs and stand for several hours.
- Adherence to a casual but conservative dress code: no tight/revealing clothing, ear gauges, or nose rings. Some tattoos are permissible (offensive tattoos must be covered). No clothing with alcohol/drug logos, and no unnatural hair colors.
Responsibilities Include:
Primary Assembly Duties:
- Performing various electronics-related manufacturing tasks, such as electronics assembly, part stuffing, wire cutting, wire stripping, and connector crimping. Note that many tasks are simple yet highly repetitive.
Shipping & Receiving Duties:
- Receiving incoming shipments, opening boxes, and verifying parts against packing lists.
- Accurately counting and stocking new materials in designated inventory locations.
- Picking parts from inventory for production orders.
- Packaging finished products securely and preparing them for shipment.
Work Hours:
- 40 hours per week (8 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday).
